Marketing-minded Account Executive
Opportunity available at Daniels Graphics, a privately-owned commercial publishing, design, and print operation for a business development professional interested in earning six figures within three years, and long-term.
Account Executives are responsible for generating leads, creating connections, and solving marketing angst. This effort includes establishing specific, measurable sales goals. In addition, the Account Executive will create and maintain effective collaboration, communication and sales-focus with various internal partners. The marketing and print world is changing, we need reps who understand how to solve customer problems and create opportunities.
Identify sales-related goals; implement and manage sales and marketing programs, strategies and processes to attain those goals (i.e. appointments, event attendance, event results, phone call conversion, etc.).
Develop and implement specific, measurable sales strategies that address specific customer preferences and priorities
Fully understand marketing concepts, sales strategy, ways to address specific customer needs in print, email, web, purls etc.
Compile and analyze all sales reports, statistics and trends. Track efforts and create measurable goals. Be able to provide documentation.
Manage personal budget, expenses, targets and financial goals for the company. Understand the revenue goals and the marketing investments required to achieve these objectives.
Be an active participant in the daily sales operations of the sales office (i.e. taking appointments, taking walk-ins, answering phones, scheduling appointments, writing hand-written notes to customers, following-up with customers, setting-up events, attending sales events, etc.)
Be goal and outcome driven and be able to inspire others to do the same
Be able to deliver effective sales presentations that inspire prospective customers to take their next step in the sales cycle and in their research process. Presentation skills must be professional-level, well-developed, consistent, effective, energetic, entertaining and customer focused and must attain measurable sales results consistently. Must be able to think on your feet and address potential changes as they arise.
A Bachelors degree is required
Three or more years of sales and marketing experience preferred (Print industry experience preferred)
A proven track record of attaining and maintaining sales goals
A proven track record of successful sales a plus
Experience in and knowledge of sales practices and strategies with proven results a plus
Experience in customer mapping, creating positive and motivating customer experiences through sales events and other interactions
Ability to earn trust and build solid relationships throughout the organization; command respect by colleagues of all levels.

Inbound Call Center – Messaging Service, Marketing Support Services Company
Daniels Communications, a division of The Daniels Group, is seeking qualified applicants for part-time Call Center Telephone Attendant positions. Openings are available immediately. Schedule can be quite flexible. Ideal applicants can work flexible hours or swing shifts including weekends. Reliable attendance when scheduled is a must. Expected hours are between 15-20 per week. Starting hourly rate is $11.00/hr.
High school diploma or equivalent with additional training and/or experience in data entry or receptionist experience desirable.
Good written and oral communications and customer service skills. We are seeking upbeat applicants who are team-oriented and able to deal with callers in a helpful and positive manner.
Proficient in basic computer skills and be able to quickly and accurately enter information gathered via a phone conversation into software.
Successfully pass criminal background check and drug screening.
Daniels Graphics a leading graphic communications and mailing services provider is looking for candidates to fill an opening in our mail center. Our mail center handles projects ranging from simple direct mail addressing and traying to complex kitting and variable projects.
Qualifications include experience with ink-jet addressing- tabbing systems and inserters.
Knowledge of mail sorting software and postal regulations a plus.
Must be able to manage a busy environment and detailed logistics.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and there is some physical labor in terms of moving boxes and handling large mail projects.

We have a mix of offset and digital printing and a full service bindery department. We are looking for help in the bindery, someone that can help out on different pieces of equipment. Experience a big plus but not a requirement.

Daniels Graphics, a division of The Daniels Group, is a marketing support services company and a commercial printing company and mail house in Asheville, NC. We offer a wide range of fulfillment services including tradeshow management, marketing collateral management, pick and pack, and order fulfillment. We are looking for a detail oriented Swiss Army Knife person. We need help in the fulfillment and logistics department, but the ideal candidate would be able to also help out in other departments as needed including shipping and delivery.
The position requires a lot of standing, bending, lifting. Computer savvy and ability to pick up on software is a big plus. Knowledge of UPS/FedEx/USPS systems also a plus.

Follow job instructions, verify paper, set up press feeder and delivery as directed by lead press operator
Assist with make-ready on jobs by running samples to adjust print position on the sheet and registration
Assist with running job as per instructions and maintaining registration and color consistency throughout the run. File sign off sheet and sample sheets as required
Input data on job jacket, production check list, and MIS system as required
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow company 5S requirements
Perform preventative maintenance as directed by lead operator on press such as lubrication, cleaning, roller setting and minor repairs
Work as part of a team and participate in our 5S and other company wide continuous improvement efforts
