Contact Center Customer Service Representative Full or Part Time
Inbound Call Center – Messaging Service, Marketing Support Services Company
Daniels Communications, a division of The Daniels Group, is seeking qualified applicants for part-time and full-time Contact Center CSR positions. Openings are available immediately. Schedule can be quite flexible. Ideal applicants can work flexible hours or swing shifts including weekends. Reliable attendance when scheduled is a must. Expected hours are between 15-20 per week. Starting hourly rate is $13.00/hr. Work from home options available. We offer some outbound marketing opportunities and a path to growth. High school diploma or equivalent with additional training and/or experience in data entry or receptionist experience desirable.
Good written and oral communications and customer service skills. We are seeking upbeat applicants who are team-oriented and able to deal with callers in a helpful and positive manner.
Proficient in basic computer skills and be able to quickly and accurately enter information gathered via a phone conversation into software.
A genuine willingness to help people.
Ability to work autonomously.
Successfully pass criminal background check and drug screening.

We need a Rockstar to help onboard new customers, determine what offerings would serve them the best, handle set up interviews, be a point of contact, answer questions, and create solutions.
Call center experience is not necessary. What is necessary is a quick grasp of technology, willingness to dig in and fully understand our tech offerings. A natural curiosity and genuine willingness to find the perfect solutions for our accounts.

The Daniels Group, is a marketing support services company located in Asheville, NC. We offer a wide range of fulfillment services including tradeshow management, marketing collateral management, pick and pack, and order fulfillment. We are looking for a detail oriented Swiss Army Knife person. We need help in the fulfillment and logistics department, but the ideal candidate would be able to also help out in other departments as needed including shipping and delivery.
The position requires a lot of standing, bending, lifting. Computer savvy and ability to pick up on software is a big plus. Knowledge of UPS/FedEx/USPS systems also a plus.
