“I wanted to share some good news about the specialty direct mail pieces you helped us with, recently. For the Annual Fund mailing, we got 27 gifts so far (1.6% of total mailed by my calculation). However, many of the gifts were much larger than expected (yay!) and all from new donors – we expect them to keep coming for a while, pushing us all the way to our Annual Fund goal ahead of schedule. For the Youth Orchestra version, our first major youth orchestra mailing, we got 23 gifts (4.5%), totaling around $5000. This was a major step in starting to actively fundraise for the Youth Orchestra. In all, the total reaches for the year-end campaign are over $23,000 so far, which we are all very excited about. “Everything is going well with the (HIPAA-compliant messaging) app and the physicians are very happy. Here’s what we are particularly pleased with:
- Offers different ringtones and volumes on the app so physicians can better distinguish messages as urgent
- Has reminder settings that allow them to put a message on hold for just a minute or two if they are busy with something else
- Has the ability to override personal “do not disturb” settings so messages are not missed
