Call Center Customer Solutions Rockstar:
Daniels Communications started in the answering service business in 1955. Over the years we’ve expanded and evolved to be able to handle various call center based projects, both inbound and outbound. Our technology and our size allows us to be nimble and customer focused.
We need a Rockstar to help onboard new customers, determine what offerings would serve them the best, handle set up interviews, be a point of contact, answer questions, and create solutions.
Call center experience is not necessary. What is necessary is a quick grasp of technology, willingness to dig in and fully understand our tech offerings. A natural curiosity and genuine willingness to find the perfect solutions for our accounts.
