We’re firing back up for 2013, and we’re bringing back the very popular Jeff Pennypacker. Start the year off right with our planning session. “The 7 Step Formula for Goal Setting Success”. Last year Jeff’s program was one of our most popular.Too often setting goals becomes “The Goal.” As soon as you’re done writing them, wipe the sweat from your brow, and lay down the pen you feel like the goal has been reached.Unfortunately, magic has not happened (or your magic wand is broken, or not working)It’s easy to lose sight of what you really want. What you really want is not to just write them down, you want to feel the satisfaction of achieving your goals and reap the rewards they bring to your life, health, and wealth.Achieving goals is not easy. It almost feels impossible without help. Statistics show that the probability of completing your goals when you decide to do them is 40%. Planning how you will do them only raises it to 50%.Is that enough? Are your dreams only worth the 50/50 chance of flipping a coin?

Even when you commit to someone else that you will do it, statistics show a meager 65% success rate.

Aren’t your goals worth 95%?
You are 95% more likely to achieve your goals when you have a specific accountability appointment with the person you have committed to.7 Step Formula for Goal Setting Success:1. Decide what goals you want to achieve
2. Ask the “one” question that connects goals to action
3. Learn why writing out your goals increases focus
4. Make room in your busy life for new goals
5. Have the guts to quit doing stuff that gets in the way of your goals
6. Organize your goals into a solid “Action Plan”
7. Set up an accountability to make sure you reach your goals.
